We at CLP recognize Republic Act 8980 known as Early Childhood Care and Development Act (ECCD Act) which promises the inclusion of children with special needs and advocate respect for cultural diversity.
Students with special needs, recommended for mainstreaming, are admitted into the school on a limited basis. This is to ensure that both neurotypical (regular students) and atypically developing (special) children are given equal attention and that they both benefit from each other’s company.
Inclusion truly represents what acceptance of diversity is all about. This, we do in the context of providing excellent educational opportunities equally to typically developing and atypically developing students through small class sizes, differentiated instruction and authentic assessment.
The Learning Lab is an academic support arm of Create and Learning Paths School. Its main functions are to provide tutorial and intervention services to kids in different levels. The Lab is comprised of teachers and tutors equipped with experience and educational specialties that will cater to the students' individual needs.
